Pricing & Payments
Prices listed on the Website are per person, unless otherwise specified. Prices listed are in Mauritian rupees. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
Payment will only be valid if effected by MasterCard or Visa. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit card payments, and under no circumstances will Ebony Forest Ltd be liable for any kind of commission that your bank might charge you. You guarantee that the credit card details are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost. After placing your order, your credit card will automatically be debited with full amount due. Full payment is required to make a booking. Payment will be listed as Ebony Forest Ltd on your credit card statement.
Amending Your Booking & Cancellations
Any request for amendments to your booking must be directed by email at least 24 hours prior to scheduled visit. Only one amendment can be done. There are no fees associated to any amendments made to an existing booking, as long as the request is received by us at least one (1) day ahead of your confirmed booking date. Date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability; Ebony Forest Ltd cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.
Once sold, bookings are non-refundable. There is no cancellation fee. Amendments or Cancellation of a booking should be sent by replying to the confirmation email at least one (1) day prior to scheduled visit.
Secure Online Payment
We accept Credit Cards as mode of payment. All payments are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Ebony Forest processes payment through MIPS MyPay who does not store card details. MIPS My Pay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem.
When you choose an online payment option, your card information is securely processed through the payment gateway.
Rest assured that your card is safely encrypted as it travels over the Internet.
Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, under 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has well been done. No reclamation can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.
