All visits & activities should be booked at least 48 hours in advance.Tours are at 9.30 am, 11.30 am, 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm daily. Request confirmation before proceeding to payment. Capacity of 9 passengers.In the event of any cancelation of a booking by a client with less than 24 hours notice, the following cancellation policy shall apply for activities: –
100% cancellation fee (i.e. total cost of booking), payable in the event that:
▪ you do not show up at the time booked.
▪ you cancel your booking by email, telephone, or in person on the day of the activity.
