Booking conditions

• Special School Holidays 50% on public rate from 8th November to 31st December 2025, not applicable of group rate.
  All visits & activities should be booked at least 48 hours in advance
• No jeep available
• Packages bookings: Minimum 24hrs in advance by phone or mail for booking confirmation.

In the event of any cancelation of a booking by a client with less than 24 hours notice, the following cancellation policy shall apply for activities: –
100% cancellation fee (i.e. total cost of booking), payable in the event that:
▪ you do not show up at the time booked.
▪ you cancel your booking by email, telephone, or in person on the day of the activity.
